Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Puluhan warga dari Perumahan Kinan City, Jalan Tegar Beriman Cibinong berunjuk rasa dikomplek Perumahan Kinan City dengan mendatangi Apartemen Jakarta Pavillion, Senin (28/1/19). Warga perumahan Kinan City menolak rencana berdirinya Apartemen Jakarta Pavillion.
Kuasa Hukum Warga Kinan City dari LBH Bogor Zentoni, S.H., M.H., mengatakan warga keberatan dengan rencana berdirinya Apartemen Jakarta Pavillion.
“Dengan berdirinya apartemen diduga warga merasa dirugikan dengan akses jalan, kebutuhan air serta serta dengan getaran kalau proyek menggunakan tiang pancang. Rumah warga akan retak-retak,” ungkapnya.
Ditengah aksi berlangsung hadir anggota DPRD dan dari Badan Perizinan. Disepakati anggota Dewan beejanji akan memfasilitasi pertemuan warga dengan Badan Petizinan maupun pengembang PT. Megakarya Propertindo.
“Warga perumahan bersikukuh tidak pernah memberikan izin atau menyetujui pembangunan Apartemen Pavillion,” ungkap Rio Ketua Paguyuban Warga.(Rud)
