Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Calon anggota legislatif dari Partai Demokrat Sri Gusni Febriasari, S.K.M., M.PSI.T berjanji bila terpilih akan berupaya memperbaiki bidang kesehatan lewat memperbaiki kualitas pos penganggaran yang tepat guna dengan berpihak kepada upaya yang promotif dan preventif untuk menyehatkan masyarakat Jakarta.
“Saya berkomitmen jika diamanahkan menjadi anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta Insya Allah, saya ingin berada di Komisi E yang menangani kesejahteraan rakyat yang mencakup pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial, pemuda dan olahraga. Paling penting yang kita perjuangkan salah satunya pos anggaran kesehatan yang tepat guna yang mana pos anggaran ini benar-benar berpihak kepada upaya-upaya yang menyehatkan masyarakat,” kata calon legislatif (caleg) dari daerah pemilihan VIII itu ketika diwawancara di seusai Diskusi Publik Calon Anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta di Meneer’s Koffie, Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, Sabtu (27/1/2/2024).
Sri mengatakan bahwa saat ini pos anggaran lebih banyak dihabiskan masyarakat untuk pengobatan melalui BPJS. Padahal sebut dia solusi pencegahan juga tak kalah penting selain dengan upaya pengobatan bagi warga yang sakit.
“Ketika orang-orang yang punya wewenang berfokus kesitu ujungnya maka biaya anggaran kita akan habis untuk mengobati. Makanya ini jadi perjuangan kami bahwa masalah di hilir yakni pengobatan itu penting tapi di hulunya berupa pencegahan orang sakit harus ada orang yang mau bersuara sebagai bentuk emergency actionnya. Selain itu harus ada yang memikirkan itu terutama investasi di bidang kesehatan bisa dalam bentuk promosi kesehatan anggarannya harus banyak,” kata mantan Ketua BEM FKM UI ini.
Ia juga bertekad untuk terus memperjuangkan peningkatan kualitas layanan dari fasilitas kesehatan ibu dan anak seperti Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) lewat pos anggaran dan terciptanya kader Posyandu yang berkualitas.
“Yang terus akan kita perjuangkan adalah posyandu. Hari ini posyandu punya permasalahan baik di anggaran posyandu maupun insentif kadernya. Kita melihat kader-kader ini adalah ujung tombak untuk menyehatkan sebuah wilayah ataupun mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Kita juga bisa melihat pengangarannya berupa insentif bagi kader posyandu yang kerja dan bebannya berat untuk menghindari stunting masih sekitar di angka Rp 300.000,” paparnya.
“Memang itu sukarela tapi kita melihat kasat mata saja itu sesuatu yang tidak layak, jadi perlu peningkatan kapasitas kader. Maka itu yang perlu kita perjuangkan adalah pos pengangaran yang tepat guna yang memang berpihak kepada upaya yang promotif dan preventif untuk menyehatkan masyarakat Jakarta,” imbuh alumni Universitas Indonesia jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat dan Intervensi Sosial Psikologi Terapan 4 tahun silam tersebut.
Selain itu, Sri Gusni yang telah lama berkecimpung dan mengabdi di masyarakat dalam gerakan sosial Yayasan Tunas Bakti Nusantara dalam mengembangkan daerah tertinggal, terluar dan terdepan (3T) di Indonesia, terpanggil untuk berpartisipasi dalam menyebarkan semangat perdamaian melalui Messengers of Peace Gerakan Pramuka Indonesia, serta membangun gerakan Seputar Kesehatan Masyarakat (SKM) yang menitikberatkan pada upaya promotif preventif bagi lingkungan sekitar.
“Saya berharap di 75 hari masa kampanye (tersisa 17 hari lagi) saya sudah menemui banyak orang hampir 10 ribu lebih. Harapannya kedepan di 17 hari kedepan kita sama-sama dari calegnya kita berikhtiar semaksimal mungkin untuk bisa ketemu lebih banyak orang, dan dari masyarakat pun juga sama-sama berikhtiar untuk mencari calon-calon anggota legislatif yang terbaik. Karena contoh di dapil saya ada dari 18 partai dengan total 216 yang ada di kertas suara. Kita tidak menyuruh untuk memilih Sri Gusni kalau dirasa tidak bisa memperjuangkan aspirasi tapi ketika mereka yakin dari 216 itu yang bisa benar-benar memperjuangkan isu yang menurut mereka penting silahkan diperjuangkan,” katanya.
Ia juga menyarankan ketika ada permasalahan-permasalahan terutama tentang kesejahteraan rakyat harapannya warga nanti yang diwakili terutama Dapil VIII Jakarta Selatan meliputi 5 kecamatan seperti Jagakarsa, Pancoran, Pasar Minggu, Tebet dan Mampang Prapatan akan tahu kemana harus bertanya dan menyampaikan aspirasinya.
“Jadi harapannya teman-teman semua yang ada di Dapil 8 bisa mencari tahu siapa salah satunya Sri Gusni bisa di sosial media, nomor teleponnya juga tersebar dimana-mana, rekam jejaknya juga bisa dilihat seperti itu,” pungkas Sri Gusni.(Win/Red)
