Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Pemuda Pemerhati Indonesia (DPP LPPI) menyambut baik langkah cepat Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo di hari menjelang kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia dengan melaunching Gerakan Vaksinasi Merdeka sebagai strategi untuk mencapai target 70% vaksinasi di Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.
“Kami mendapatkan kabar baik yang diinformasikan dari Satuan Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 bahwa hari ini tingkat kesembuhan dari Covid-19 mengalami tren positif. Pasien sembuh meningkat, ini menandakan gerakan vaksinasi sangat dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh kita,” kata Ketua Umum DPP LPPI melalui pesan rilisnya di Jakarta, Rabu (4/8/2021).
Untuk itu Dedi mengajak masyarakat Indonesia yang belum mendapatkan layanan vaksin Covid-19 untuk mendatangi sejumlah gerai vaksin yang tersedia di wilayah tempat tinggalnya masing-masing.
“Di bulan kemerdekaan Agustus ini kami mengajak semua elemen bangsa terkhusus masyarakat Indonesia untuk bersama-sama bergotong royong melawan Covid-19. Kita pastikan masyarakat ikut andil dalam vaksinasi kemerdekaan yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Kepolisian Republik Indonesia tepatnya di bulan kemerdekaan kita dari tanggal 1 hingga 17 Agustus 2021,” tuturnya.
Dedi menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang dipimpinnya menyatakan sikap untuk mendukung pemerintah melalui Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yakni mensukseskan program Vaksinasi Merdeka.
“Kami menilai dengan langkah serius pak Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo dapat mencapai target 70 % di Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, 17 Agustus mendatang. Kami sebagai organisasi kepemudaan di DPP LPPI menyampaikan Indonesia tidak akan kalah dengan Covid-19, caranya dengan mengedepankan budaya gotong royong maka kami yakin pandemik Covid-19 akan musnah dari ibu pertiwi ini,” jelasnya.
“Maka atas dasar itulah kami yang tergabung dalam Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Pemuda Pemerhati Indonesia mengapresiasi langkah pak Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Strategi beliau dengan mencanangkan Gerakan Vaksinasi di hari kemerdekaan kami nilai adalah sebagai Kado Spesial untuk Indonesia guna melindungi herd immunity di masyarakat sekaligus dapat memutus mata rantai dan menekan laju pertumbuhan virus Corona,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya Gerakan Vaksinasi Merdeka telah dicanangkan oleh Kapolri di Jakarta meliputi sekitar 668 titik gerai vaksinasi yang tersebar di 900 RW di Jakarta dengan melibatkan 4500 relawan yang terdiri dari 1800 orang tenaga medis, dokter pelaksana screening dan vaksinator. Kemudian sekitar 2700 orang non tenaga medis, observator dan input administrasi. Target yang akan dicapai lewat Gerakan Vaksinasi Medeka adalah 200 suntikan per RW per hari mulai dari 1 Agustus 2021, sehingga nantinya dapat mencapai 3.060.000 suntikan pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2021, bertepatan dengan perayaan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.(Win)
