Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Indonesian Youth Council for Tactical Changes (IYCTC) bekerja sama dengan Navigasi, Forum Warga Kota (FAKTA), Forum Osis DKI Jakarta, dan Ikatan Senat Mahasiswa Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia (ISMKMI) menyelenggarakan diskusi bersama Calon Legislatif DPRD Jakarta mengenai isu kesehatan publik dan penanganan zat adiktif di Meneer’s Koffie Jl. Raya Pkp No.38, Kelapa Dua Wetan, Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, Sabtu (27/1/2024).
Hadir para narasumber seperti Idris Ahmad (Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN, Dapil 1), Jovin Kurniawan (PAN, Dapil 10), Manik Marganamahendra (Partai Persatuan Indonesia, Dapil 6), Musthofa Faruq (Partai Keadilan Sejahtera, Dapil 6), Normansyah (Partai Gelora Indonesia, Dapil 6), Nadia Syifa Widjaksono (Partai Persatuan Pembangunan, Dapil 5), Christian Rinaldi (PAN, Dapil 2), dan Sri Gusni Febriasari (Partai Demokrat, Dapil 8).
Manik Marganamahendra mengatakan masalah krusial saat ini adalah terkait isu kesehatan masyarakat khususnya isu stunting di Jakarta Timur.
“Pertama, itu perlu menjadi perhatian seperti fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan beberapa puskesmas di daerah Jakarta Timur ini belum cukup optimal dalam pelayanan maupun jumlah kapasitasnya karena wilayah Jakarta Timur ini cukup padat tetapi kapasitas dan fasilitasnya belum cukup optimal. Kedua, masalah rokok dan zat adiktif gimana caranya kita bisa membatasi supaya anak-anak muda khususnya itu mereka tidak jadi korban dari rokok. Kita tidak anti dengan rokok tapi kita mau melindungi khususnya anak-anak dan orang muda supaya mereka terhindar dari bahaya zat adiktif,” katanya kepada awak media.
Menurut Manik solusi penanganan zat adiktif harus lewat UU dan peran keluarga.
“Sekarang ada UU Kesehatan meskipun masih digodok saat ini juga ada peraturan pemerintah turunan dari UU Kesehatan yang sedang didorong juga untuk diselesaikan. Nah masalahnya untuk Jakarta sendiri belum ada peraturan daerahnya terutama di daerah DKI Jakarta yang fokus untuk isu atau masalah rokok jadi itu perlu didukung. Di sisi lain edukasi masyarakat tetap ada dan harapnnya edukasi masyarakat ini sebenarnya adalah lapisan terakhir. Karena yang paling penting itu garda utamanya adalah kebijakan. Tentu membawa masalah-masalah kesehatan yang hari ini menjadi perhatian warga Jakarta Timur untuk segera diperbaiki segera dioptimalkan supaya lebih baik lagi,” jelasnya.
Politisi Partai Gelora Normansyah mengatakan perlu UU Kesehatan segera disahkan karena sudah lama prosesnya dari tahun 2010 itu sudah ada proses tapi belum jadi.
“Masalahnya saya lihat mereka (anggota legislatif) kurang komitmen saja di DPRD. Harapannya kepada masyarakat saya minta supaya saya jadi supaya saya bisa menahan godaan-godaan dari industri rokok gitu loh jangan sampai saya termakan oleh industri rokok,” ujarnya.
Sementara Christian Rinaldi mengungkapkan bahwa agenda-agenda diskusi yang mengulas kesehatan publik dan penanganan zat adiktif harus diperbanyak dan lebih ditingkatkan.
“Kenapa biar masyarakat tahu bahwa ada caleg-caleg yang memang turun ke masyarakat sekarang terjun ke politik untuk benar-benar dem masyarakat bukan untuk kepentingan golongan tertentu. Kebetulan saya ini salah satu psioterapi banyak orang yang datang ke saya untuk berhenti merokok. Kalau saran saya pribadi seharusnya pemerintah menggandeng seluruh psioterapi untuk menangani masyarakat yang mau berhenti merokok. Karena harga untuk psioterapi itu tidak murah dan masyarakat yang kekurangan ekonomi dia akan memilih untuk beli rokok dibanding dia harus berhenti rokok daripada dengan hipno terapi dan psioterapi,” paparnya.
Selain itu sebut Christian jika dirinya terpilih menjadi anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta dia akan memperjuangkan tidak ada lagi masalah penolakan pasien oleh rumah sakit.
“Karena tidak ada lagi rumah sakit yang menolak pasien dengan alasan apapun. Walaupun alasannya penuh rumah sakit wajib untuk mencarikan rumah sakit pengganti agar masyarakat yang datangpun tetap mendapatkan pertolongan pertama,” katanya.
“Yang kedua untuk masalah ijazah masih banyak masalah-masalah ijazah yang ditahan pihak sekolah. Di DKI ini sudah ada peraturannya, UU nya termasuk pasal-pasalnya tapi sekolah sejauh ini tidak menghiraukan. Bahkan masalah swasta yang masyarakat tahu adalah ijazah ketahan karena masalah ekonomi lagi-lagi di sekolah swasta. Permendikbud sudah menjelaskan bahwa peraturan itu dibuat untuk seluruh sekolah, seluruh organisasi pendidikan mau itu sekolaj negeri atau swasta sama. Jadi tidak boleh menahan ijazah dari siswa-siswanya,” tegasnya.
Para calon legislatif berharap forum diskusi yang diselenggarakan oleh IYCTC tidak hanya sekedar dihadiri oleh masyarakat namun jadi momen resume dari diskusi bisa keluar supaya diketahui masyarakat banyak.(Win/Red)
