Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Menyambut Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1445 H, Grup PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) kembali menyelenggarakan mudik bersama tahun 2024 untuk karyawan dan keluarga. Mudik bersama ini merupakan komitmen Grup UT untuk memfasilitasi karyawan dan keluarga agar dapat merayakan momen berharga dengan aman dan nyaman. Tema yang diusung pada mudik bersama tahun ini yaitu “Mudik Bahagia Bareng Scania”. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelepasan mudik ini dilaksanakan di tiga lokasi dengan hari yang berbeda yaitu di UT Head Office, Cakung dan PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) pada tanggal (05/04/2024), serta PT PAMA Persada (PAMA) Head Office pada tanggal (04/04/2024).
Program mudik bersama ini diikuti oleh 1.709 peserta yang terdiri dari karyawan dan keluarga, siswa UT School, serta mahasiswa magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Transportasi yang digunakan sebanyak 29-unit bus dengan tujuan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Bandar Lampung, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan D.I. Yogyakarta. Selain itu, transportasi lainnya yang digunakan oleh PAMA pada mudik bersama ini yaitu dua rangkaian Kereta Api Jayabaya dan Jayakarta. Seremoni pelepasan mudik bersama dilakukan oleh jajaran Direksi Grup UT dan dihadiri oleh Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia (Wamenker RI), Ir. Afriansyah Noor, ST., M.Si., IPU.
“Sebagai kementerian yang mewakili pemerintah, saya mengucapkan apresiasi kepada Grup UT karena telah memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan menyelenggarakan program mudik bersama ini. Dengan karyawan yang sejahtera, sehat, dan bahagia, harapannya bisa meningkatkan produktivitas dalam bekerja setelah kembali ke Jakarta. Selamat mudik kepada seluruh peserta, semoga perjalanan dapat berjalan lancar, aman, dan selamat,” ujar Wamenker RI, Ir. Afriansyah Noor, ST., M.Si., IPU.
Selain menjadi momen silaturahmi, kegiatan ini sejalan dengan imbauan pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan mudik bersama untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan mengurangi kepadatan lalu lintas selama musim mudik. Berdasarkan data Korps Lalu Lintas (Korlantas) Polri yang menunjukkan tingginya tingkat kecelakaan yang melibatkan pemudik sepeda motor. Program ini juga merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dan mengurangi emisi karbon dari sektor transportasi.
“Mudik bersama ini sebagai momen untuk mempererat silaturahmi dengan keluarga di kampung halaman. Saya mewakili direksi dan manajemen mengucapkan selamat merayakan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1445 Hijriyah. Selamat jalan dan salam untuk keluarga di kampung halaman dan tetap menjaga keselamatan, serta keamanan selama perjalanan mudik hingga kembali lagi ke Jakarta,” ujar Direktur UT, Edhie Sarwono.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang positif bagi para karyawan dan keluarga. Selain itu, dapat menciptakan pengalaman yang berkesan, serta momen silaturahmi dan kebersamaan ini dapat berlangsung dengan penuh kebahagiaan.
