Pontianak, Media Indonesia Raya – Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Menparekraf/Kabaparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno mengapresiasi penyelenggaraan Parade Bertanjak di Pontianak dan mendorong festival yang diinisiasi oleh UMKM Mandiri untuk terus diperkuat penyelenggaraannya sehingga menjadi event berkelas nasional.
Menparekraf Sandiaga saat menghadiri Parade Tanjak, Pameran Busana dan Ekraf Khatulistiwa, di Alun-alun Sungai Kapuas, Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, Sabtu (18/11/2023) menyampaikan upaya melestarikan tanjak sama halnya dengan menjaga marwah kebudayaan Melayu di Indonesia.
“Parade Bertanjak ini kita tingkatkan dan promosikan melalui kerja sama dengan Walikota Pontianak dan Kadisporapar agar ke depan menjadi event nasional. Yang akan menjadi kebanggaan masyarakat Pontianak,” kata Menparekraf Sandiaga.
Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno menyaksikan pameran busana dalam acara Parade Tanjak, Pameran Busana dan Ekraf Khatulistiwa, di Alun-alun Sungai Kapuas, Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, Sabtu (18/11/2023)
Tanjak merupakan penutup kepala bagi sebagian masyarakat Melayu yang berbentuk runcing ke atas dan umumnya dikenakan oleh laki-laki.
Parade Bertanjak merupakan acara budaya yang menghadirkan peragaan busana bernuansa Melayu utamanya memakai tanjak dan diikuti puluhan peserta. Event ini juga menjadi etalase bagi produk ekonomi kreatif mulai dari kuliner, kriya, hingga fesyen.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Menparekraf Sandiaga mengenakan Tanjak Naga Berlabuh. Tipe tanjak seperti ini biasanya digunakan oleh para priyayi, cendikiawan, atau orang terpandang.
Sandiaga pun menceritakan mengenai yanjak yang ia kenakan. Ternyata tanjak tersebut dibuat dengan memberdayakan lima orang pekerja. Bayangkan jumlah lapangan yang tercipta apabila Parade Bertanjak ini levelnya bisa ditingkatkan dan masuk menjadi bagian Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN). Sebuah program prioritas Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf guna mempromosikkan event-event daerah yang unggul dan berkualitas.
“Menghargai budaya agar semakin jaya, juga upaya agar anak anak muda kita bukan hanya suka K-Pop tapi juga bertanjak,” ujar Sandiaga.
Kemenparekraf akan hadir dan terus mendukung pelaku pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif terutama dalam hal 3P yakni pelatihan, pemasaran, dan permodalan untuk memastikan ekonomi masyarakat semakin membaik dan kesejahteraan meningkat.
Turut mendampingi Menparekraf, Kepala Pusat Pengembangan SDM Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf, Faisal; Walikota Pontianak, Edi Rusdi Kamtono; Kepala Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Windy Prihastaro; dan Ketua UMUM DPP UMKM Mandiri, Dian Mardiani.(Win/Red)
