Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian kembali menggelar ajang Indonesia Premium Coffee Expo & Forum 2023 yang kali ini dikolaborasikan dengan Indonesian Essential Oil, Seasoning & Spices Market & Expo 2023, yang diresmikan pada 12 Oktober 2023 di Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan Jakarta.
Pameran ini diinisiasi oleh Deputi II bidang Pangan dan Agribisnis ini mengusung tema Tropical Variety for Growth Drivers Responsible Collaboration & Sustainability Revival of Nusantara Spices. Kegiatan yang diresmikan oleh Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Dr. (H.C) Ir. Airlangga Hartato, M.B.A., M.M.T diwakilkan oleh Staf Ahli Menteri Bidang Konektivitas, Pengembangan Jasa dan Sumber Daya Alam Dida Gardera, S.T., M.Sc, secara resmi membuka kegiatan ini.
“Indonesia Premium Coffee Expo & Forum 2023 dan Indonesia Essential Oil, Seasoning & Spices Market & Expo 2023 diharapkan dapat menjadi gelaran yang dapat memajukan industri perkopian Indonesia serta industri hasil rempah-rempah Indonesia mulai dari hulu hingga ke hilir. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama Indonesia saat ini menjadi negara eksportir terbesar dalam kedua komoditas tersebut, sehingga hal ini perlu terus dikembangkan secara holistik
dengan sinergitas antar sektor mulai dari Petani, Pengelola, Industri besar, Pemerintah dan seluruh masyarakat umum sangat diperlukan. Event ini diharapkan dapat menjadi katalisator tersebut dengan dapat menambah wawasan serta persebaran informasi untuk akselerasi pengembangan industri kopi & rempah Indonesia,” ujar Dida Gardera dalam kata sambutannya ketika membuka pameran Indonesia Premium Coffee Expo & Forum 2023.
Menurut Dida, Indonesia adalah surga bagi tanaman kopi dan tanaman rempah-rempahan, sejarah telah mencatatkan bagaimana kekayaan rempah Indonesia sejak masa lampau. Oleh karena itu di masa sekarang kita sebagai bangsa harus dapat memanfaatkan kekayaan tersebut untuk kesejahteraan bangsa. Kegiatan Indonesia Premium Coffee merupakan gelaran ke-2 tahun ini, kedepannya diharapkan dapat terus dijalankan sehingga usaha kopi Indonesia dapat menjadi eksportir nomor 1 dunia,” jelasnya.
Sebagai informasi event Indonesia Premium Coffee Expo & Forum 2023 dan Indonesia Essential Oil, Seasoning & Spices Market & Expo 2023 yang akan diselenggarakan hingga hari minggu tanggal 15 Oktober 2023, akan mengadakan berbagai macam acara, seperti: Exhibition produk-produk kopi dan rempah, Bisnis Forum, Seminar dan Workshop serta demo-demo produk rempah dan kopi.
