Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – Dalam kegiatan Focus Group Discussion Evaluasi Kinerja Lalu Lintas dan Pelayanan Angkutan Umum, Damri berhasil mendapatkan piagam penghargaan dari Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) dengan predikat Pelayanan Prima Madya pada Pemilihan Operator Angkutan Umum Terbaik di Wilayah Jabodetabek Tahun 2019. (Selasa, 29 Oktober 2019).

General Manager Damri Bandara Soekarno-Hatta Boy Aryadi mengatakan piagam ini adalah simbol bahwa Damri akan selalu memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat.

“Damri juga masih memiliki kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki, saya mengharapkan jika kedepannya Damri dapat terus memberikan pelayanan prima untuk menunjang transportasi publik yang baik,” ujarnya

Boy mengaku senang dan bangga atas prestasi ini dan mengapreasiasi berbagai pihak terkait yang telah terwujud dan tertatanya transportasi publik, Damri akan terus berinovasi hingga terwujudnya sistem transportasi kelas dunia yang handal, berkinerja unggul dan berkelanjutan.

“Tentu kita perlu mempersiapkan alat produksi yang handal, modern dan berbasis teknologi mutakhir untuk mendukung konektivitas transportasi dengan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas prima, berkeselamatan, dan berorientasi kepada pelanggan,” tutupnya.(Win)
