Jakarta, Media Indonesia Raya – FPHS Tsingwarop melakukan audensi bersama anggota DPRD ke Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Kabupaten Mimika, Senin (20/11/2023). Pertemuan yang berlangsung dari Pukul 10.00 WIB hingga selesai bertujuan untuk menindaklajuti pernyataan dari Ketua Bapemperda kepada FPHS Tsingwarop terkait Raperda Pembagian Saham Freeport 7 %.
Rombongan pengurus FPHS Tsingwarop diterima oleh Ketua Bapemperda Iwan Anwar bersama Ketua Komisi A Natan Murib, anggota Bapemperda dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Mimika.
“Benar hari ini kita telah bertemu dengan bapak Iwan Anwar selaku Ketua Bapemperda dan Ketua Komisi bapak Natan Urib untuk membahas terkait Raperda Pembagian Saham Freeport 7 %. Dari kesimpulan rapat adalah penyerahan kembali surat raperda pembagian saham 7 % dan pegelolaan saham serta naskah akademik tertanggal 23 Agustus 2023 kepada Ketua Bapemperda dan Ketua Komisi A,” ungkap Ketua FPHS Tsingwarop, Yafet Manga Beanel melalui keterangan tertulis kepada MediaIndonesiaraya.id, Senin (19/11/2023).
Menurut Yafet Manga Beanal, dari pertemuan tersebut disepakati bahwasanya aspirasi dari masyarakat Kabupaten Mimika tersebut akan ditindaklanjuti oleh Ketua Komisi maupun Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Mimika untuk diagendakan dalam bentuk hak Inisiatif DPRD Mimika dalam waktu dekat ini.
“Kepada kami bapak Ketua Komisi A menyampaikan bahwa aspirasi masyarakat terkait Raperda Pembagian dan Tata Kelola Saham Freeport 7 % telah beliau ketahui dan ikuti, dan kepada kami beliau berjanji hal ini akan menjadi prioritas untuk dibahas lebih lanjut, selain itu menurut bapak Ketua Bapemperda usulan dan aspirasi tersebut akan diatur sesuai mekanisme dan menjadi prioritas utama untuk dibahas di DPRD Mimika,” katanya menambahkan.
“Kami FPHS Tsingwarop sebagai representasi dari masyarakat adat pemilik hak ulayat dan berdampak langsung tetap mengikuti arahan dari DPRD sesuai aturan dan mekanisme. Kami tahu ini merupakan wewenang dari DPRD yang juga menjadi abang-abang kita sendiri. Menurut kami mereka sudah memahami masalah ini jadi kami akan sampaikan kepada masyarakat untuk bersabar agar masalah ini tetap dan segera dibahas dalam waktu dekat ini,” tandas Yafet Manga Beanal.(Win/Red)
